SO I think I found a caterer, they are highly recommend by 3 of the wineries and they have a great price list. 2 staters, 2 salads, 2 sides, 2 entree's, desert (Not wedding cake) and coffee and tea. 21.95 per person this is 48$ cheaper then the cheapest place I had found so far. I have decided that I want a buffett not a plated dinner. This leaves more options and less time restraints.
