Home coffee machine ratchet against professional?

Is coffee produced from a professional coffee machine Ratchet nothing better than that produced by a quality home machine that grinds the beans to the fineness preset, the tamping down prebrews them, then the forces of water through a total of 15 bar? I fully understand the differences between machines and a commercial machine will last longer and be more capacity, the question is, is the coffee any better and if so why? Thanks!

From your description, I guess you're wondering about espresso machines.
