Is this exercise routine okay?
I go to bed around 10 o'clock, wake up at half 5 and do 250 sit ups and around 30 press ups, and 30 squat thrusts. I do a lot of walking, walking around the school building all day. I eat usually a bowl of muesli for breakfast, a cheese and tomato sandwich (granary) for lunch and i have a meal consisting of some type of vegetable, protein and carbohydrate. I drink mainly milk and water, no coffee or tea. What will this do for me, and if its not perfect, what changes could I make to it? (I'm just under 8 stone & 5"9, rather skinny lol)
Lol yeah I'm skinny but i want to be fitter, healthier.. and not skinny, but kinda more muscly lol

but why do it if you're skinny?
